Fénix S.A. was founded in 1995 in General Alvear, Mendoza, Argentina. We are dedicated to the production of high-quality fruit purees, under demanding international safety and food safety standards.
The raw material comes from the different oases of Mendoza and Rio Negro, Argentina, areas that, due to the fertility of their soils, altitude and climatic conditions, favor the cultivation of a wide variety of fruits with unmatched aromas and flavors.
We are the largest producer of fruit purees in Argentina. We export our products to important food and beverage companies in more than 35 countries on five continents.
500 hectares of own plantations, of Peach, Pear, Apple, Damascus and Quince, are cultivated and cared for with sustainable agricultural production techniques (Global GAP), which include biological control of pests, frost prevention, optimization of the use of water through controlled irrigation systems. Practices that are transmitted to our raw material suppliers, contributing to improving the productivity and quality of our fruits.
