Our production capacity is based on more than 29 years of experience, our highly qualified personnel, our sustainability and certified production policies, and the constant incorporation of new technologies and infrastructure.
Our industrial puree production plant has more than 9,000 m2 and houses 2 state-of-the-art production lines with a processing capacity of 25,000 tons of puree per season.
Our processing lines include a washing, selection, grinding, refining, concentrating, sterilizing and aseptic packaging system, optimizing the exposure time of the product at high temperature. We have an enzyme inactivator and a cold extractor with advanced technology, which preserves the color, flavor and aroma of the fruit, improving the viscosity of the final product and preventing the transfer of pesticide residues and fungi from the fruit to the pulp.
We also have a puree fractionation plant in flexible containers, measuring 4,500 m2, with a productive capacity of 15,000,000 units per year, and covered storage.
